Hoagie Pickup Tomorrow and Parent Help Needed

Hoagie Pickup for those who participated in the fundraiser is TOMORROW (February 11, 2020) from 3-5 in the High School Cafeteria.  Please do not arrive before 3:00 to pick up your subs.  Parents arriving before 3:15 should park in the football stadium parking lot. 

Parent Help is needed for sorting and delivery from 1:45 on.  Contact Chris Huff (OCMA Preisdent), Elizabeth Ames (OCMA Vice President), Mr. Luxbacher or Mr. Cartwright if you are able to help.

CONCERT WEEK REMINDERS

It's Concert Week for the Middle and High School Choirs.   Here is the rundown for the week: THURSDAY, MAY 8th - MS Chorus Concert - 8th Grade Chorus Report Time 6:30 pm - Report to the Choir Room - Concert Begins at 7:00 pm (Admission Free) - Dress: same as the holiday concert.  Black pants, white shirt, and dress shoes.  Guys should have a tie, and for the ladies, tie or scarf are optional.  If students are in need of any concert clothing, please let me know, or have them let me know Monday, and I will work with our clothing closet at the middle school to get it for them.   - This is a required concert, and 35% of their nine weeks grade.   SATURDAY, MAY 10th - HS Swing Out - Report Time 7:00 pm  - Concert Begins at 7:30 pm (Admission $2 per person) - Dress: Dress clothes under the robes - This is a required concert, and 35% of their nine weeks grade.   - We are in need of a few parents to work the ticket booth for the concert...

QUILTS OF VALOR EVENT TONIGHT

Report time: 6:30 Dress Clothes under the robes (band will wear dress clothes as well) The ceremony is open to the public, and the public is invited to attend. Ceremony starts at 7:00 and should last about an hour. This is a concert grade for the second nine weeks. Students who need community service can complete a form for either one hour (band or or choir) or two hours (both band and choir).
