HS CHOIR: PLEASE READ!!!
LOTS OF THINGS GOING ON THIS WEEK. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW:
SENIORS:
WEDNESDAY:
Senior Choir Recording for Baccalaureate / Graduation in HS Auditorium:
Tenors and Basses: 4:00 to 5:15 PM
Altos: 5:30 to 6:45 PM
Sopranos: 7:00 to 8:15 PM
PLEASE REVIEW THE GUIDELINES FROM YOUR EMAIL BEFORE ARRIVING!!!
UNDERCLASSMEN:
RETURN OF MUSIC: Please bring your folders, and any music department items (robes, uniforms, textbooks, etc.) this week at your designated time:
Monday, May 18th - 11th Grade Class
Students A - L will be permitted into the building from 9 - 11 am
Students M - Z will be permitted into the building from 1 - 3 pm
Tuesday, May 19th - 10th Grade Class
Students A - L will be permitted into the building from 9 - 11 am
Students M - Z will be permitted into the building from 1 - 3 pm
Wednesday, May 20th - 9th Grade Class
Students A - L will be permitted into the building from 9 - 11 am
Students M - Z will be permitted into the building from 1 - 3 pm
Seniors who missed their scheduled retrieval time, may return them on Monday.
One of your last stops is to return school items to the cafeteria. I will either be in the cafeteria, or in the choir room. If I or Mr. Cartwright are NOT in the cafeteria when you get there, stop in the Music Hallway after dropping off your other items in the cafeteria. Please return all music, instruments, uniforms, and robes to us at this time. Those of you needing to get things from our rooms/dressing rooms/stage, we will walk you down and get those items.
MUSICAL CAST – Take all items you brought in home at this time from both the stage and the dressing rooms. If we are able to mount the production later in the summer, you can bring them back at that time.
ZOOM MEETINGS this week will be limited due to my commitments for drop off and graduation recording. We will be combining Treble, Bass, and A Cappella Underclassmen this week on Wednesday for a combined meeting at 1:15 PM. If you are unable to attend due to a scheduling conflict, let me know and I will get you the information. From here on, All Choir Karate Sessions will be Catch-All.
Congratulations to Hannah Krug who is the first choir member to earn her Level 1 Black Belt last week.
