Please Download the Application and Medical Forms on the website (here), as well as the audition piece and audio file. Schedule a time with Mr. Luxbacher ASAP. All auditions must be completed by Thursday to get paperwork mailed to Franklin in a timely manner.
October 4: Trip Intent Forms Due:

LOOKING AHEAD: October 9: Club's Choice Fundraiser Due:
Checks should be made out to OCMA. Please make sure your contact information is correct on the form.
