Oil City Middle and High School Choirs

 Congratulations to Oil City High School Choir Senior Alexandra Webster, who chaired in the top 4 of her section and will be participating in the PMEA All State Chorus, to be held April 6-8 at the Kalahari Resort and Conference Center in the Poconos. #OilerProud.

While some city roads still have some snow cover, most are just wet. Cannot speak for Dempseytown and Rouseville. Choreo still on for 2 PM.

Congratulations to Oil City Middle and High School Students Vada Brosius, Madelyn Garland, Shayla Hanlon, Hailey Hartsell, Madison Hazlett, Addi McGarvie, Jayda Robinson, Wesley Sanchez, Brittany Waters, and Breanna Weilacher, who performed at the Pennsylvania Music Educator's Association District 3 Jr.High Chorus Festival, on January 22nd at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Guest Conductors were Dr. Joseph Baunoch, voice professor from IUP, and Mrs. Tina Bennett, who recently retired from Clarion-Limestone School District.  Special congratulations goes to Hailey Hartsell, who auditioned and won a solo in one of the concert selections.

  Since school was cancelled today, we will not have rehearsal tonight. However, we will have choreography tomorrow (Saturday) from 2-6 pm. The next rehearsal for stage crew will be Tuesday and Thursday, February 15 and 17. Contact Mr. Luxbacher with questions.
