Return from New York

PARENTS:  Currently on 80, having left the last rest stop.  ETA: 9:10 PM.  Please park in the parking lot by the tennis courts and NOT by the curb.  We need to pull busses up to unload.  See you shortly!

Upcoming Events this Week: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19TH - Marianna's Hoagie Pickup from 3-5 in the HS Cafeteria.  If you come between 3:00 and 3:30 to pick up items, please park in the lot by the tennis courts.  Buses for the 5th grade run pull out between 3:15 and 3:30. THURSDAY, APRIL 20TH - Trip Review and Chaperone Meeting at 6:30 pm.  Location TBA.  Will update that information tomorrow.  All students attending the trip to New York City and their parents should plan to attend. SATURDAY, APRIL 22ND - 7th Annual Night of A Cappella at 7:30 in the HS Auditorium.  Tickets are $2 at the door.

Music Department Trip to New York City - Reminders and Upcoming Events

As we are now two weeks out from the upcoming trip to New York City, a few reminders: 1.  TRIP REVIEW MEETING:  Thursday, April 20th at 6:30 pm at the High School.  Room Location TBA.  All parents and students going on the NY Trip are highly encouraged to attend.  We will be reviewing trip policies and the itinerary, as well as answering any questions you may have about the upcoming trip to NYC.  In addition, we will have a chaperone meeting immediately following the trip review.  We should be done by 8:00 pm.  Contact Mr. Luxbacher or Mr. Cartwright with questions. 2.  OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS: We still have about 12 students and chaperones who have not made their final trip payment.  Please do so immediately.  Payments will can be mailed to the school during the Easter Break (10 Lynch Boulevard).  Please do not mail cash.  Contact Mr. Luxbacher or Mr. Cartwright with questions and if you need another copy of your payment balance. 3.  CANCELLATIONS: Students and chaperones who cance
