Thanks to all of the alumni and current band and choir members who made this weekend's festivities a possibility.  Thanks also to the retired music department members who joined us as directors and performers!  Audio and video coming soon!

Alumni Choir Update - 9/15/13

Music and Learning tracks are now up on my teacherpage ( www.ocasd.org/webpages/sluxbacher ).  Go to the alumni section on the left sidebar, and select Alumni Reference Recordings in the subheadings (you have to click the Alumni link before seeing the subheadings).  Hard copies and CD's should be in your hands in a few days.  Band music will also be coming out in the mailing for those doing both.

Congratulations!

Great inaugural performance tonight by the 2013 Rhapsodies at Music in Oil Country.  Great solos and small groups by Clinton Ames, Jennifer Williams, Amber Culver, Alex King, and Kiersten Beach.  Much to be proud of!

Alumni Choir Update!

A slight change to the Alumni Weekend set list.  Unfortunately, Mr. McConnell will not be guest conducting on the concert, due to some health issues that have come up (nothing serious, and I'm still working on him to maybe come and conduct the alma mater at the end...), so we will be substituting the Alfred Reed Pledge of Allegiance in the place of Echo Song.  Music and learning track CD will be on its way Monday!

New Name for Men's Quartet

After many weeks of deliberation, I am proud to announce the new men's quartet as: 4ward On! Quinton Reed - Tenor Robbie Jenkins - Lead Mitchell Amos -Baritone E lijah Lewis - Bass
