Club's Choice Fundraiser Due Monday, October 1st

Just a reminder that the Club's Choice Fundraiser for grades 8-12 is due with payment on Monday, October 1st.  All orders should be in an envelope with the student's name, and include both white and yellow order forms and the money.  Checks should be made out to "Oil City Music Association."

INTERNET ORDERS:  People who would like to order non-perishable items online can do so by going to www.clubschoicefundraising.com.  School Code for Oil City Music Association is OILC13.  Internet orders will be credited separately, and should not be included on the student order forms.
