 Itinerary:

8:20 am                After the End of 1st Period - Choir released from class.  Report to Auditorium

8:40 am                Busses arrive at high school in rear - load

8:45 am                Busses depart for Hasson

9:00 am                Arrive at Hasson

9:15 am                First Performance at Hasson for grades K-2

9:40 am                Performance Ends 

9:55 am                Second Performance at Hasson for grades 3-4

10:20 am              Performance ends – Board busses for Seventh 

10:40 am              Arrive at Seventh

10:50 am              Performance at Seventh 

11:15 am              Depart for Smedley

11:25 am              Performance at Smedley

11:50 am              Performance Ends – Board Busses and HEAD TO HIGH SCHOOL

12:05 – 12:50 pm   LUNCH AT HIGH SCHOOL - PLEASE NOTE CHANGE - STUDENTS WILL NOT NEED MONEY FOR LUNCH

12:50 pm              Board Busses and Head to Belle Lettres Club

1:15 pm                Performance for the Belle Lettres Club Members

1:45 pm                Performance Ends – Board Busses for return to High School

2:05 pm                Return to High School – Students back in classes 

DRESS: Dress Clothes (Dress shoes, pants, skirt, blouse/shirt) under the choir robes

Students will be absent from periods 2-9.  Students should make sure they check with their teachers for assignments.  

STUDENTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED AND COMPLETED OCASD PERMISSION SLIP TO ATTEND THE TOUR.  Permission slips were sent via Google Classroom.  Slips must be printed and signed by a parent.
