Choir Apparel Sale
Below are links to the forms to order Choir T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweatpants, and Varsity Jackets. Prices are on each sheet. Please print and complete an order form and turn in with payment by Wednesday, November 27th. Checks should be made out to Oil City Music Association (OCMA)
Students who have and are wishing to use their OCMA Student Accounts to pay for part or all of the purchase can do so by filling out the attached funds disbursement form as well. Contact Mr. Luxbacher if you need your most recent balance.
